2. Client Responsibilities

  • Access to the Property: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property where services will be performed. If access is restricted, it may cause delays in completing the project.

  • Property Conditions: The client is responsible for ensuring that the area to be painted is ready for service (e.g., furniture moved, walls clear). Any additional preparation required may result in additional charges.

  • Changes to Scope: Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be discussed and approved by SH Painting. Additional services or changes may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule their project with written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee to cover costs incurred by SH Painting.

  • Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but new dates are subject to availability. Rescheduled projects may result in delayed completion.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • Workmanship Warranty: SH Painting stands behind the quality of its work. We offer a 1-year warranty on workmanship from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in the application of paint but does not include damages resulting from accidents, improper maintenance, or environmental factors.

  • Product Warranty: Any product warranties are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturers of the paint and materials used.

  • Liability: SH Painting is not liable for damages or losses caused by delays due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, access issues, or unforeseen complications. In no event shall SH Painting be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
